Reach Volunteering

Janet is the CEO of Reach Volunteering, a national charity which connects people who are willing to donate their expertise with those charities that need it. Last year, charities recruited over 3,500 volunteers, including over 1,000 trustees, through Reach’s service. Janet has a strong interest in how  charities can strengthen their boards through recruiting trustees with a rich mix of expertise and experience. She has led Reach in championing  the role of ‘digital trustees’ and the importance of inclusive board recruitment – including the launch this May of a dedicated website: Trustee Recruitment Cycle.

Data and the board: challenges and opportunities of driving data transformation as a charity trustee
