Jeff is Head of Data & Analytics at Change Grow Live, a health and social care charity and the largest provider of drug and alcohol services in the UK. Using data to make a difference has helped the organisation grow from a tiny volunteer led organisation to supporting over 100,000 people every year. Jeff was instrumental in the development of a case management system which has grown to be the largest in the substance misuse sector. More recently Jeff has led on a data strategy which has transformed how the organisation uses data, having an impact on service users, those on the first line, and leaders. Key to the strategy is the use of a data visualisation tool which was continues to form an essential part of organisation’s response to the challenges of Covid-19.
